Research Paper

 The student will choose a topic (research current social issues) and will have an assignment for each letter of the acronym that relates to that topic.  For example: Student chooses topic of Youtube influencers.  They would read a book or nonfiction article about that topic, then maybe a movie or documentary about the topic, do some research about the topic, etc.  It is the teacher’s discretion what evidence should be produced at each stage.  Options include reflective essays, slide presentations, blackout poetry, and text annotation.
