| Students evaluate the fiscal policies of George W. Bush and Barack Obama, with emphasis on the Great Recession of 2008, healthcare, and education policies. Students evaluate the response of the US government to issues of other historically marginalized groups, with emphasis on women (i.e., Title IX, Roe v. Wade), the Americans with Disabilities Act, American immigrants, and LGBTQ+ groups (i.e., Obergefell v. Hodges). Students are or have completed the Q4 PBA. |
