| Students should be debating who should have responsibility for powers not listed in the Constitution. In their debate, they should be citing specific clauses/sections of the Constitution (i.e. Supremacy Clause, 10th Amendment, Necessary & Proper Clause). Then, students should be creating or examining diagrams of the amendment process and explaining how the process reflects the principle of federalism. |
