| Students complete the multiple choice unit assessment on Contemporary America. Students evaluate how changes in the Supreme Court have impacted the lives of Americans, with emphasis on court decisions on the right to privacy (i.e., Griswold v CT), rule of law (i.e., Gideon v. Wainwright), and equal rights (i.e., Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona). Students evaluate the impact of changes in technology on Americans, with emphasis on technological advances in space exploration, communications, and medical care. |
