Students should be comparing life cycles of an insect and a mammal.
Students should be explaining how animals and plants change as they grow.
Students should be making predictions based on observations and prior experiences.
Students should be making simple conclusions based on data or observations.
Students should be organizing and represent data in pictographs and bar graphs.
Students should be using appropriate tools to measure length, weight, and temperature of common objects using U.S. Customary units.
Students should be using models to demonstrate simple phenomena and natural processes.
Students should be with guidance, conducting investigations to produce data and identify characteristics and properties of objects by observations.
