Students should be designing a device that uses movement to transfer an object from one location to another.
Students should be identifying a simple problem that can be solved through the development of a new tool or improved object.
Students should be make and communicating observations of an object with rapid back-and-forth motion (vibration).
Students should be making simple conclusions based on data or observations.
Students should be using and sharing pictures, drawings, and/or writings of observations.
Students should be using physical models to demonstrate simple phenomena and natural processes.
Students should be with guidance, conducting investigations to produce data and identify characteristics and properties of objects by observations.
